1. Acceptance of Terms

By using thingsworktogether.com (the “Site”) and placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Our Products

Things Work Together (“TWT”) sells faith-inspired apparel and related merchandise. Our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printify).

3. Orders

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is final for that order.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel an order you've been charged for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Production & Shipping

Each item is printed when you order. Production typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier — most US orders arrive within 7-12 business days from order date. International shipping varies.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made-to-order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing changes, or color preference. We do replace or refund items that:

• Arrive damaged or with a printing defect
• Are the wrong size or item from what you ordered
• Are lost in transit

Contact us at orders@thingsworktogether.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and content on the Site are owned by TWT or licensed to us. Scripture quotations are from public domain or properly licensed translations. You may not reproduce our designs commercially without permission.

7. User Content

If you submit content (testimonies, reviews, photos), you grant us permission to share it — with attribution unless you ask otherwise — on the Site and our marketing channels.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and our products are provided “as is.” We make no warranty beyond what's stated above and what's required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWT's liability for any claim related to the Site or your order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
